After 45 years being a reference in the sector, our equipment is recognised as a reliable and powerful machine.
This is mainly due to our low frequency technology at 28 kHz, which produces millions of bubbles by the cavitational phenomenon, which are far more powerful than the tinier ones provided by standard frequencies at 38-40 kHz.
This allows low frequency being the most optimal solution for difficult applications and deep cleaning of parts with difficult geometries.
Our experience, coupled with our customers demand, empowered us to choose high power technology for better performance, rejecting 38 kHz where we started as well when starting in the market.
This is why all our machines include high powered transducers generating sound waves from the walls, for better cleaning. Producing cavitation from the walls, we ensure better results than doing it from the bottom. The logic of this approach lies in trying to fight the loss of power by the particles deposited at the bottom by the effect of gravity. As shown in the graphic below, this dirty layer diminish the power of cavitation as it doesn´t allow the sound waves to produce ultrasounds properly, reducing the power substantially, after a few cycles.
This entails the need of systematically changing the bath with new chemicals, which impact in the increasing of operational costs involved, as well as a productivity reduction, With the transducers sets placed on the walls, every bath lasts until the chemical product is done, and not until the machine is not working properly, which extend the durability of the bath and its consequent savings, as the machine is capable of giving 100% performance as the layer won´t affect the cavitation.
This is an important matter when choosing an industrial ultrasonic cleaner; running costs savings and maximum lenght of the bath and chemical usage. This allowed us to give service to multiple industries, providing best cleaning results in many different applications.
UltraTecno high powered units are first reference in many european countries, replacing standard equipment which are not capable of reaching such as good results while providing energy and detergent savings.
